Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of existing Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for auxiliary power units and re‑issues each one as a separate, identical instrument under the delegate’s power (subregulation 39.001(1)).

It affects aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations responsible for the listed APUs because they must comply with the re‑made ADs; the stated purpose is administrative—preserving the directives in their latest published form—while changing legal form and record‑keeping obligations.
