Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument directs the CASA delegate to revoke a listed set of Airworthiness Directives for Auster/Beagle A.61 aeroplanes and re‑make each one as a separate legal instrument in the same form as the latest published editions. It affects aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations by keeping the existing mandatory inspection, maintenance and modification obligations in force while changing how those obligations are recorded as legal instruments.

The decision to revoke and reissue is taken by the CASA delegate; compliance costs and operational effects fall to the aircraft owners/operators who must continue to follow the remade ADs.
