Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a list of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) that apply to AMD Falcon 50 and 900 series aeroplanes and re‑issues each AD as a separate legal instrument in the same form as the latest published edition. It changes the legal form of those ADs rather than their substance; aircraft owners, operators, maintenance organisations and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority remain subject to the published AD requirements.
