Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This instrument revokes a package of existing Airworthiness Directives (ADs) for Aerospatiale (Socata) TB9 and TB10 (Tobago) series aeroplanes and re-issues each AD as a separate instrument in the same form. It affects aircraft owners, operators and maintenance organisations who must continue to follow these inspection, modification and maintenance requirements. The action is taken by a Civil Aviation Safety Authority delegate under subregulation 39.001(1); operators bear the compliance costs and administrative effects of the re-issuance.
