#### 16 Offence of contravening instrument (1) A person must not do any act that contravenes a requirement or condition of any instrument mentioned in subregulation 15(1). Penalty: 50 penalty units. (2) A person must not fail to do any act required by any instrument mentioned in subregulation 15(1). Penalty: 50 penalty units. (3) An offence under subregulation (1) or (2) is an offence of strict liability.
