11Designation of air routes and airways

#### 11 Designation of air routes and airways (1) CASA may, in writing, designate air routes and airways in Australian‑administered airspace. (2) CASA may, in writing, determine the conditions that apply to the use of a designated air route or airway. (3) A designation or determination made under this regulation must be made to take effect on, or after, the day on which the designation or determination is published in the AIP or a NOTAM. > Note: A designation or determination made under this regulation is not subject to disallowance under section 42 of the Legislation Act 2003 (see regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 44(2)(b) of that Act).
