12 Prohibited kinds of licences

(1) For the purposes of subsection 35(1) of the Act, the following specified kinds of licences relating to an airport lease are prohibited: (a) a licence for a purpose that is inconsistent with the use as an airport of the airport site concerned; (b) a licence that has a duration longer than the duration of the airport lease; (c) a licence of premises within the airport site for prostitution. (2) In working out the duration of an airport lease for the purposes of paragraph (1)(b), assume that any option to renew the lease will be exercised.
