7 Purposes of this Part

For the purposes of subsection 60(1) of the Act, this Part makes provision for and in relation to requiring a person: (a) to keep and retain records that are relevant to an ownership matter; and (b) to give information to the Minister that is relevant to an ownership matter; and (c) to give information to an airport‑operator company that is relevant to an ownership matter and that concerns the company.
