28 Review of decisions
(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision of the Minister, under subsection 18(4), 20(5) or 24(4), to refuse to make a declaration. (2) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision of the Minister, under subsection 26(1), (2) or (3), to revoke a declaration.
