96 Disclosure of information
An airport environment officer must not disclose information or documents given to, or obtained by, the airport environment officer in the exercise of a power, or performance of a function, under this instrument, to any person unless required or authorised to do so by law, a written direction of the Secretary or an order of a court.
Note: Section 122.4 of the Criminal Code creates an offence in relation to the disclosure of information by Commonwealth officers.
