90 Notice of internal review decision
(1) An internal reviewer must, as soon as practicable after making an internal review decision, give a person whose interests are affected by the decision written notice of the following:
(a) the internal review decision;
(b) the person’s right of review under section 91.
(2) A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity of the internal review decision.
