8 Airports to which this instrument applies
This instrument applies to airports to which Division 3 of Part 6 of the Act applies.
Note: Division 3 of Part 6 of the Act deals with environmental standards and requirements in relation to airports and applies to:
(a) a core regulated airport (see section 7 of the Act), if there is an airport lease for the airport; and
(b) an airport that is prescribed by section 9 of this instrument for the purposes of paragraph 131A(1)(b) of the Act, if there is an airport lease for the airport.
