78  Compliance with notices

 (2) An operator of an undertaking contravenes this subsection if the operator is given a notice under section 74, 75 or 76 and the operator:

 (a) fails to comply with a requirement of the notice; or

Note: A person that contravenes subsection (2) of this section commits an offence against subsection 132(2) of the Act.

 (3) For the purposes of subsection 132(2) of the Act, the maximum number of penalty units for a contravention of subsection (1) is declared to be 250.
