77 Notices must not conflict with authorisation
An airport environment officer must not give a notice under section 71, 74, 75 or 76 to an operator of an undertaking if:
(a) the notice relates to an act or activity for which an authorisation under Part 4 has been granted to the operator; and
(b) compliance with the notice would be inconsistent with the authorisation.
