35  Notification of Minister’s decision

 (1) If the Minister makes a decision under subsection 32(2) about a local standard, the Minister must, as soon as practicable, notify the airport‑lessee company in writing of the decision.

 (2) If the Minister:

 (a) decides to refuse to make the local standard; or

 (b) is taken to have decided to refuse the request to make the local standard; or

 (c) decides to make the local standard with such modifications as the Minister considers necessary or appropriate;

the notice to the airport‑lessee company must set out the reasons for the decision.
