34 How Minister makes a local standard
(2) If the Minister decides under subsection 32(2) of this instrument to make a local standard, the Minister must, by legislative instrument, make the local standard:
(a) in the same form as the relevant draft standard; or
(b) in the same form as the relevant draft standard with only such modifications as the Minister considers necessary or appropriate.
