Despite the repeal of the old regulations by Schedule 1 to the Airports (Environment Protection) (Repeal and Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2026, regulation 6.03 of the old regulations continues to apply, on and after 1 April 2027, in relation to a report for a financial year or other period that starts before 1 April 2027, as if the repeal had not happened.
