107 Review of decisions
(1) Part 8 of this instrument applies in relation to an application for review if the application is made on or after 1 April 2027.
(2) Despite the repeal of the old regulations by Schedule 1 to the Airports (Environment Protection) (Repeal and Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2026, Part 9 of the old regulations continues to apply, on and after 1 April 2027, in relation to an application for review made before 1 April 2027, as if the repeal had not happened.
