72  Review of decisions

 (1) An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision under subsection 70(1) not to grant a gambling permission for a gambling activity at an airport.

 (2) An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision under subsection 70(1) to grant a gambling permission for a gambling activity at an airport subject to a condition that was not imposed on the previous permission or authority for the activity at the airport mentioned in subsection 69(1).
