101 Authority to Drive Airside
(1) An ADA for an airport issued to a person under regulation 125 of the old Regulations that was in force immediately before the commencement of this instrument continues in force (and may be dealt with) after that commencement as if it had been issued for the airport under section 53 of this instrument.
(2) If the ADA was subject to any conditions imposed under subregulation 125(7) of the old Regulations, those conditions are taken after the commencement of this instrument to be imposed under subsection 53(8) of this instrument.
