100 Approved issuing authority
An authorisation given under paragraph 124(1)(c) of the old Regulations to issue ADAs or AUAs that was in force immediately before the commencement of this instrument continues in force (and may be dealt with) after that commencement as if it is an approval to issue ADAs or AUAs, as the case may be, given under subsection 52(1) of this instrument.
