#### 92 Transitional—existing authorities to sell liquor (1) On the commencement of an airport lease for Darwin Airport, Darwin International Airport or Alice Springs Airport, a person who, immediately before the commencement of the lease, held a liquor authorisation for premises at the airport is taken to be granted a liquor licence under section 24 of the Liquor Act. (2) The liquor licence is taken to be subject to the same conditions (if any) as the liquor authorisation. (3) The premises on which the liquor authorisation authorised the sale or supply of liquor are taken to be licensed premises for the Liquor Act.
