#### 82 Transitional—person taken to hold liquor licence to give copies of plans (1) Within 6 months after the commencement of an airport lease for Hobart Airport, Hobart International Airport or Launceston Airport, a person who is taken under subregulation 78(1) to hold a liquor licence for premises at the airport must give the Commissioner a copy of a plan of the premises, showing the boundaries of the premises. (2) If the person does not comply with subregulation (1), the Commissioner may suspend the liquor licence until the person does so.
