#### 69 Transitional—holders of existing authorisations to give copies of plans (1) Within 6 months after the commencement of this Division, the holder of an existing authorisation must give the licensing authority 3 copies of a plan of the premises to which the authorisation relates, showing the boundaries of those premises. (2) If the holder does not comply with subregulation (1), the licensing authority may suspend the authorisation until the holder does so.
