#### 53 Transitional—dealing with liquor licence etc (1) A liquor licence that an airport‑lessee company is taken to hold under subregulation 48(1) or 50(1) is not transferable but otherwise is to be treated as if it were held under the Liquor Act. (2) A liquor licence that a person (other than an airport‑lessee company) is taken to hold under subregulation 47(1), 49(1) or 51(1), or a subletting of the right to sell liquor that a person is taken to hold under subregulation 48(3) or 50(3), is to be treated as if it were held under the Liquor Act.
