#### 4CP Information on directors of a corporation holding a general licence (1) This regulation applies to a licensee that is a corporation and holds a general licence. (2) A licensee to which this regulation applies must give notice in writing to the Secretary of the appointment or cessation of a person as a director of the corporation within 14 days after the day on which the appointment or cessation takes effect. Penalty: 10 penalty units. (3) The Secretary may, by notice in writing to a licensee to which this regulation applies, require the licensee to give to the Secretary, within a reasonable period specified in the notice, an up‑to‑date list of the persons who are directors of the licensee. (4) A licensee who is given a notice in accordance with subregulation (3) must comply with the notice. Penalty: 10 penalty units. (5) An offence against subregulation (2) or (4) is a strict liability offence.
