#### 4BV Supply of liquor to intoxicated persons
(1) A person must not sell or supply liquor at an airport to another person who is intoxicated.
Penalty:
(a) if the offender is a licensee, sub‑licensee, nominee or corporation—50 penalty units; and
(b) in any other case—5 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is:
(a) a strict liability offence; and
(b) an infringement notice offence.
