#### 4BT Supply of liquor without a licence etc
(1) A person who is not:
(a) a licensee or sub‑licensee; or
(b) acting on behalf of a licensee or sub‑licensee;
must not sell or supply, or permit the sale or supply of, liquor at an airport.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is:
(a) a strict liability offence; and
(b) an infringement notice offence.
