4BG Duration of approval
Subject to regulation 4BK, the approval of a nominee or alternative nominee for a licence remains in force until any of the following events occurs: (a) the approval is suspended or withdrawn under regulation 4BH; (b) the nominee or alternative nominee withdraws from the position of nominee or alternative nominee under regulation 4BI; (c) the nominee or alternative nominee is replaced under regulation 4BJ; (d) the licence ceases to be in force and is not renewed.
