#### 4AO Consent of airport‑lessee company (1) A general licence or function licence in respect of premises on an airport must not be granted to an applicant who is not the airport‑lessee company for the airport unless the airport‑lessee company has consented in writing to the grant. (2) An airport‑lessee company is not entitled to charge a fee for its consent under subregulation (1).
