29Transitional—dealing with existing authorisation

#### 29 Transitional—dealing with existing authorisation (1) An existing authorisation may be dealt with under the LCR Act as if it were a licence granted under that Act. (2) To avoid doubt, it is declared that the operation of an existing authorisation as an extended hours permit may be surrendered or cancelled independently of its operation as a licence.
