#### 154A Prosecution If an infringement notice is issued to a person for an infringement notice offence, the person may be prosecuted for the offence only if: (a) the infringement notice is withdrawn under these Regulations; or (b) the person fails to pay the notice penalty for the infringement notice offence within the allowed period for the infringement notice.
