51 Content of certificate of compliance

A certificate of compliance for a building or works must: (a) identify the building or works; and (b) identify the land on which the building activities resulting in the building or works were carried out; and (c) set out the conditions of the certificate; and (d) include a statement that the airport building controller for the airport site who issued the certificate is satisfied in respect of the matters mentioned in section 50; and (e) for a certificate in respect of a building—set out the classification of the building under the Building Code.
