41 Sydney West Airport—application of this Part to building activities on airport site

(1) The provisions mentioned in subsection (2) of this section do not apply in relation to an application for a building approval to authorise the carrying out of a building activity that: (a) is proposed to be carried out on the airport site for Sydney West Airport; and (b) is, or comprises part of, a development covered by Part 3 of an airport plan for Sydney West airport; and (c) is to wholly or partly occur before the Sydney West Airport completion day. (2) The provisions are the following: (a) paragraph 19(1)(b); (b) subsections 21(6) to (8); (c) paragraph 21(9)(a).
