30 Requirement to publish details of applications

(1) The airport‑lessee company for an airport site must publish the following information about an application for a building approval to authorise the carrying out of a building activity on the airport site: (a) the name of the applicant; (b) the day on which the airport‑lessee company: (i) if the company is the applicant—submitted the application to the airport building controller for the airport site; or (ii) if the company is not the applicant—received the application; (c) a description of the proposed building activity covered by the application; (d) the location of the building activity on the airport site. (2) The information must be published: (a) on the airport’s website; and (b) within 5 business days after the day mentioned in paragraph (1)(b).
