10 Kinds of building approvals

The kinds of building approvals that may be granted under this Part to authorise the carrying out of a building activity on an airport site are the following: (a) if the proposed building activity is the construction or alteration of a building—a building permit; (b) if the proposed building activity is the construction or alteration of works—a works permit; (c) if the proposed building activity is the demolition of a building or works—a demolition authorisation.
