2.01 Purpose of Part
The purpose of this Part is: (a) to establish a system for approval of appropriate building activities on airport sites; and (b) to exempt certain building activities from Subdivision C of Division 5 of Part 5 of the Act.
Note: The requirement to obtain a building approval is affected by regulation 2.25.
