#### 87 Transitional—adoption of FAC documents (1) A draft or final master plan for an airport may make provision for or in relation to a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating (with or without modification) any matter contained in a document that: (a) relates to the airport; and (b) was prepared for or by the Federal Airports Corporation when the airport was a Federal airport, or a Federal airport development site, within the meaning of the Federal Airports Corporation Act 1986. > Note: All draft and final master plans must comply with the content rules set out in sections 71 and 72. (2) If subsection (1) applies to a draft master plan, the plan must be accompanied by the document when: (a) the plan is given to the Minister under this Division; or (b) a preliminary version of the plan is made available for inspection and purchase under section 79. (3) If subsection (1) applies to a final master plan, the plan must be accompanied by the document when the plan is made available for inspection and purchase under section 86.
