#### 82 Transfer of airport lease during approval process (1) This section applies if: (a) an airport lease is transferred; and (b) before the transfer, a draft master plan had been submitted by the transferor to the Minister; and (c) immediately before the transfer, the Minister had not made a decision whether to approve the draft plan. (2) The transferee is taken: (a) to have given the draft plan to the Minister immediately after the transfer; and (b) to have adopted the draft plan as its own; unless, within 60 days after the transfer, the transferee gives the Minister a written undertaking to give the Minister an alternative draft plan.
