#### 73 Assumption of continuity of lease For the purposes of the application of this Division to a draft or final master plan for an airport, it is to be assumed that the airport lease or airport leases held by the airport‑lessee company will continue in force for the duration of the planning period of the plan or, if regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 71(4)(c) provide that a matter specified in the plan may relate to a longer period, the duration of that longer period.
