#### 35C Regulations may prohibit declaration of trust in respect of licence relating to airport lease (1) The regulations may provide that the holder of a licence relating to an airport lease must not dispose of the licence by way of declaration of trust. (2) If a purported disposal contravenes those regulations, it is of no effect.
