#### 35A Regulations may prohibit terms from being included in licence relating to airport lease (1) The regulations may prohibit specified kinds of terms from being included in licences relating to an airport lease. (2) A licence relating to an airport lease must not be granted or varied in contravention of those regulations. (3) If a purported grant or variation contravenes subsection (2), it is of no effect. (4) If a licence is in force at the time (the imposition time) when regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1) impose a prohibition in relation to the licence: (a) the prohibition does not have any effect on the validity of the licence during the 90‑day period beginning at the imposition time; and (b) if, at the end of that 90‑day period, the licence contravenes the prohibition—the licence is terminated immediately after the end of that period.
