#### 34D Regulations may provide that a beneficial interest in a sublease of airport lease must not be transferred independently of the legal interest (1) The regulations may provide that a beneficial interest in a sublease of an airport lease must not be transferred independently of the legal interest in the sublease. (2) If a purported transfer contravenes those regulations, it is of no effect. (3) This section does not apply to a transfer by way of the enforcement of a loan security.
