#### 34C Regulations may prohibit declaration of trust in respect of sublease of airport lease (1) The regulations may provide that the sublessee of an airport lease must not dispose of the sublease by way of declaration of trust. (2) If a purported disposal contravenes those regulations, it is of no effect.
