194Scope of demand management provisions

#### 194 Scope of demand management provisions (1) Divisions 4 to 10 (inclusive) apply to: (a) a core regulated airport, other than Sydney (Kingsford‑Smith) Airport, if there is an airport lease for the airport; and (b) an airport prescribed in the regulations, if there is an airport lease for the airport. > Note: Demand management in relation to Sydney (Kingsford‑Smith) Airport is dealt with in the Sydney Airport Demand Management Act 1997. (1A) For the purposes of subsection (1), the boundaries of an airport are the boundaries of the airport site for the airport. Aircraft movements within scope of demand management provisions (2) Divisions 4 to 10 (inclusive) apply to an aircraft movement if the movement involves the use of a runway.
