#### 171 Control of commercial trading (1) The regulations may make provision for and in relation to: (a) prohibiting or regulating the supply of goods or services at a specified airport; or (b) authorising the supply of goods or services at a specified airport; if the goods or services are acquired by an individual as a consumer (within the meaning of section 4B of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). (2) In this section: > goods has the same meaning as in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. > services has the same meaning as in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, but does not include: (a) air transport services; or (b) services relating to aircraft. > supply has the same meaning as in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
