#### 169 Airports to which Part applies (1) This Part applies to: (a) a core regulated airport, if there is an airport lease for the airport; and (b) an airport prescribed in the regulations, if there is an airport lease for the airport. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the boundaries of an airport are the boundaries of the airport site for the airport.
