#### 160 Simplified outline The following is a simplified outline of this Part: • Airport‑lessee companies must give written consent before airport sites are varied or closed. • An airport‑lessee company may surrender its airport lease to the Commonwealth, either unconditionally or on such terms and conditions as are agreed between the company and the Commonwealth. • An airport lease may be varied by reducing the leased area.
