#### 151 Airports to which Part applies (1) This Part applies to an airport if: (a) the airport is specified in the regulations; and (b) there is an airport lease for the airport. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the boundaries of an airport are the boundaries of the airport site for the airport.
