#### 131A Airports to which Division applies (1) This Division applies to: (a) a core regulated airport, if there is an airport lease for the airport; and (b) an airport prescribed in the regulations, if there is an airport lease for the airport. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the boundaries of an airport are the boundaries of the airport site for the airport.
